We help our clients to be introspective, have self-compassion
and forgiveness while on their journey to healing,
self-empowerment and self-acceptance.

Individual Psychotherapy
Our clinicians are qualified, professional and compassionate. They provide therapy to clients seeking relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, emotional distress, anger management, grief, bi-polar disorder, trauma/complex PTSD, new mothers, parenting, identity issues, work/life balance and
other challenges experienced through life.
Life Counseling
Although interchangeable with psychotherapy, some clients seek out life counseling due to a lack of fulfillment in their life, working through specific life issues such as stressful events, work, adjustments after graduation, and other situational challenges that may require them to address a new way of coping, which can help with self-reflection, reaching healthier resolutions, encouragement, and self-compassion.
Resources/Psychoeducation
Clients deserve to have resources that help them to understand what is discussed in therapy. We provide articles/links that are directly related to what our clients are experiencing (located on our resources page).
This may include explaining symptoms of a mental disorder, articles relating to trauma, relatable experiences in life, grief, as well as self-development, stages in life and coping skills.
Couples/Relationship Psychotherapy
We can help couples to improve communication skills, work through conflict resolution, as well as help them to develop respect, trust, and to have compassion for themselves and their partner. We can offer support and facilitate understanding and patience, as they navigate the challenges of being in a relationship.
Referrals
We refer our clients to qualified, professional specialists as needed:

Psychologist - provide testing for Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and Social Emotional.
Psychiatrist - Prescribe medication and perform procedures for diagnosed mental health disorders/symptoms.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - This is a form of specialized trauma therapy that encourages clients to focus briefly on the trauma, through eye movement referred to as bilateral ocular oscillations, while holding a negative experience in mind and reframing it with a positive belief. This is performed by a certified EMDR clinician.
