Insurance, Session rates
and Additional information

 

We only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO insurance. Billing is submitted directly through us and clients will be responsible for any
co-payments or co-insurance based on their plan.

*Please note: Clients are responsible for the full amount of sessions until they meet their agreed upon deductible through their insurance plans and before any co-payments apply.   

 Healthcare plans may be willing to cover out-of-network costs.

*This option allows for you to be reimbursed directly if approved by your insurance. Please check with your insurance company. Clients are responsible for any therapy session at the time of service.

Clients who do not have BCBS PPO insurance, pay the rate of sessions out of pocket. A credit card  is required to be on file, and payments are due at the time of service. Please see session rates below.

Therapy sessions are 50 min and typically range between $150 - $200 depending on the services provided.

*Reduced rates may be available, please check with your clinician.

*No charge for initial phone consultations.
